About
Frank Maza & Javier Limón are a father-and-son duo who collaborate on music, blending American songwriting, Afro-Cuban rhythms, flamenco, and jazz with a minimalist approach. Their collaborative work, particularly the album "Back Then," is described as vintage Latin jazz with a 21st-century twist, reliving the cinematic heritage of bolero, cha-cha, and flamenco through an updated, noir-ish, and poetic Latin jazz lens.
