We're heading into the dog days of summer, and the Spokane / Coeur d'Alene area is keeping busy with a good mix of music, markets, and theater. It’s looking like a fine couple of weeks to get out and about.
Midweek Melodies and More
Wednesday kicks off with a few options. If you're in Spokane Valley, the 2026 State of the City Spokane Valley is happening at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center at 11:30 AM. Later in the day, the weekly 2026 River City Market & Music is back at Landing Point Kitchen + Bar at 5 PM, offering a free market with live bands. Over in Coeur d'Alene, McEuen Park hosts Bruiser playing classic rock at 5:30 PM, also free. For something a bit more classical, Classics Northwest presents TIME FOR THREE! at Riverside Place at 7 PM. They're a Grammy-winning, Emmy-winning group, and tickets are $61. If you're looking for something different, NEW CONSTELLATIONS play The District at 8 PM.
Thursday brings more music with Ying Yang Twins performing live in Spokane at 5 PM, and Current Flow (Folk / Reggae / Rock) at Arbor Crest Wine Cellars at 5:30 PM. Riverstone Park has a free community concert with Sydney Dale at 6 PM. For theater fans, Come From Away is playing at NIC Boswell Hall / Schuler Performing Arts Center at 7:30 PM. Don't forget the free Kellogg Summer Concerts at Spokane City Parks & Recreation.
Weekend Wonders
Friday starts with DJ Donuts at 6 PM, which is free. The St. Maries Summer Concerts series features Flipside at St. Maries City Playground at 6 PM, also free. Third Eye Blind plays live in Spokane at 7 PM. CDA Summer Theatre Presents Come From Away again at NIC Boswell Hall / Schuler Performing Arts Center at 7:30 PM. The District Bar hosts KOS – Subfrequency at 8 PM. You can also check out the Rally for Salish at Riverfront Park or a Spokane Folklore Society (Contra Dance).
Saturday is packed. Start your day with a free Historic Walking Tours (Riverfront Park) at 10 AM, led by Chet Caskey. The Spokane Valley Summer Sizzle Craft & Vendor Market is at Spokane Valley Mall at 11 AM. For theater, Spokane Civic Theatre presents A Midsummer Night's Dream at 2 PM. The Harrison Summer Concert Series has a free show at Harrison City RV Park at 2 PM. In the evening, Queens of Folk play Lake City Center, Inc at 7 PM. And a big one for country fans: Wynonna Judd performs at BECU Live Outdoor Venue Airway Heights Washington at 7:30 PM. Also, Stage Left Theater has an In Concert production fundraiser for $25.
Sunday offers free music with Strange Brew playing rock and more at Rotary Lakeside Bandshell at 1 PM. Nu Jack City is part of the Summer Concert Series at Arbor Crest Wine Cellars at 5:30 PM. There are also Concerts at City Park Sundays at Spokane City Parks & Recreation and a Cycle Celebration.

Next week, Tuesday, July 28, the Black Bay Park Renovation Celebration is at Black Bay Park at 5 PM, and the San Francisco Scottish Fiddlers play the Coeur d'Alene Public Library at 5 PM. Wednesday, July 29, brings back the 2026 River City Market & Music at Landing Point Kitchen + Bar at 5 PM, and The Hipsters play 90s Dance Rock at McEuen Park at 5:30 PM, both free. Gavin Adcock performs with Corey Kent and Tyler Nance at Gesa Pavilion at 6 PM.
Thursday, July 30, a free Spokane Community Marketplace & Festival starts at 9:30 AM at Riverfront Park. Last Chance Band is at The Club at Prairie Falls at 5:30 PM, free. Broken Mantle Band plays Riverstone Park at 6 PM, also free. Koe Wetzel is at BECU Live Outdoor Venue Airway Heights Washington at 6:45 PM. The Music Bridges Borders concert at The Jacklin Arts & Cultural Center at 7 PM is free. A Midsummer Night's Dream is at Spokane Civic Theatre at 7:30 PM, and Hogslop String Band plays The District at 9 PM.
Friday, July 31, look for the Street Fair, Coeur d'Alene downtown starting at 10 AM, and the 58th Annual Art on the Green at North Idaho College at 11 AM. Devon Wade! has a summer concert at 6 PM, and Spare Parts plays the St. Maries City Playground at 6 PM, free. Simple Plan is at BECU Live Outdoor Venue Airway Heights Washington at 7 PM. You can also catch the Plein Air Coeur d'Alene Exhibition and the Taste of Coeur d'Alene.
Saturday, August 1, the Australian Pink Floyd Show is at BECU Live Outdoor Venue Airway Heights Washington. The 34th Annual Downtown Coeur d'Alene Street Fair begins at 10 AM, as does the free Art on the Green at North Idaho College. The Return to Riverside Music Festival 2026 is at WI&M Historic Railway Depot at 1:30 PM. A Midsummer Night's Dream is at Spokane Civic Theatre at 2 PM, and Light/ Land/ Sky is at Terrain Gallery at 4 PM.
