It's a busy stretch in Clark County and SW Washington, with several multi-day events kicking off and plenty of chances to catch some live music outdoors. Whether you're looking for a community festival or a quiet concert, there's a bit of everything on the calendar.
Kicking Off the Weekend
Thursday, July 23, offers a few free music options. Over in Longview, Lake Sacajawea Park Martin's Dock hosts Trent Beaver & The Damage for some Young Country music at 6 PM. At the same time, you can find a Summer Concert in the Park at Fallen Leaf Lake Park. If you're closer to Vancouver, the Waterfront Concert Series at Vancouver Waterfront brings Shanghai Woolies at 6:30 PM. Also starting Thursday and running through the weekend is the 4 Days of Aloha Festival at Esther Short Park and Playground, a free celebration of Hawaiian culture with food, dance, and crafts. For bluegrass fans, the Columbia Gorge Bluegrass Festival also kicks off Thursday, promising world-class musicians.
Camas Days Takes Over
Friday, July 24, marks the start of Camas Days, an annual community festival at the Downtown Camas Association with parades, music, street vendors, and kid's activities. The festival brings a lot of music with it. During the day, you can catch Dan Dingman playing 60s and 70s acoustic folk and classic rock at Davis Park at noon, and Blown Cover performing rock and pop hits from the '60s through the 2000s at Reflection Plaza at 2 PM. In the evening, the Camas Days Beer & Wine Garden at Niche Wine Bar and Birch Street Uptown Lounge will have blues rock, classic rock, The Sarah Lodge Band, and River Divide for an $8 cover. If you're looking for something else, Bottleneck Blues Band plays for free at the Howard House at 5:30 PM as part of the O.O. Howard House Concert Series. For theater, Metropolitan Performing Arts presents “The Prom” at 6 PM for $16.
Weekend Continued
Saturday, July 25, continues Camas Days with more live music at the Beer & Wine Garden at Birch Street Uptown Lounge for $8, featuring The Light Fantastic, Andrew Matthews Band, and River Divide. Andrew Matthews will also perform live as part of the festival at the Downtown Camas Association. Sunday, July 26, offers a free Picnic in Color at the Downtown Camas Association, a community art event. In the evening, the Sunday Sounds Concert Series at Columbia Tech Center has family-friendly rock, soul, and country music with ASL interpretation, and Taken By The Sky performs a Fleetwood Mac tribute at 14 Acres Vineyard and Winery.
Looking Ahead to Next Week
Mid-week, Wednesday, July 29, the Camas Farmer's Market is open at the Downtown Camas Association, and Gina DeNoble brings soulful folk to Davis Park at noon. Thursday, July 30, Concerts at the Lake at Lake Sacajawea Park Martin's Dock features alt-rock band Cloud Cover for free. The Waterfront Concert Series at Vancouver Waterfront hosts New Orleans band Cha Wa at 6:30 PM. For country fans, Jason Aldean plays Cascades Amphitheater at 7:30 PM.
As July winds down and August begins, the next weekend offers a few more options. Friday, July 31, The Howling Prairie Dogs/The Ottomatics play acoustic rock, folk, and blues at Davis Park at noon. Journey Theater presents 'Into the Woods' at Heritage High School at 7 PM for $26. Saturday, August 1, brings the 2026 Washougal Arts and Music Festival to Downtown Washougal and Ridgefield First Saturday August Edition at Davis Park. There's also the Pomeroy Farm Jamboree at Pomeroy Farm and a Cornhole Tournament at Esther Short Park and Playground.
